Port Du Havre 1884- Nouveau Project par Mr. (Europe- France- Normandy- Port of Le Havre- Engineering Project). Issued 1884, France, printed by Fouilleul R. Joinville, Havre for a now very rare French Engineering periodical. Fine and very uncommon 19th century lithographed harbor plan map. A map encountered only with great difficulty, very detailed harbor modification project proposals overprinted in red lithography. Map remains well preserved, paper is moderately to heavily uniformly age toned. Some light age wear or surface spotting/ soiling which is visible within the pics, original fold lines as issued. 22 1/8″ H x 26 3/8″ W. Printed area measures c. 20 5/8″ H x 25 1/2″ W.
