Les Delices de la France. Book contains 42 (of 47) folding maps. Missing are the Paris, Geneva, Dijon, Versailles and Bordeaux maps. Book size is 14 x 9.5 cm. Leather to spine cover and corner plates. Title label, 4 raised bands and gilt to spine. Boards are rubbed and corners are bumped and chipped. Boards are partly split at joints but still holding ok. Original title page is missing and a previous owner have placed a hand written one in its place. 596 pages, generally clean with a little browning in places. Map are in very good condition for age, engravings are clear, blank on reverse. 3 maps are loose.
